  • A 5-star food rating from the Food Standards Agency's Food Hygiene Rating Scheme (FHRS) means the establishment has "Very Good" hygiene standards and is fully compliant with all food safety regulations.

  • An Organic Soil Association Certification verifies that a product or operation adheres to the high organic standards set by the Soil Association, a recognized UK certification body that goes beyond legal organic requirements to ensure better animal welfare, environmental protection, and higher levels of restrictions on pesticides, additives, and antibiotics.
